The PS3 system database has been corrupted or there is a problem with the internal flash memory. Solution: Enter Safe Mode and select [Restore File System]. Click here to learn how to enter Safe Mode. If the problem persists, delete the current PS3 system user profile by going to Users and highlighting the user you want to delete. Press the Triangle button and select [Delete] to delete the user, then create a new user by going to Users > [Create New User]. Please note that any trophy data will also be deleted.
