The trophy data has been corrupted. Solution: Enter Safe Mode and select [Restore File System]. Click here to learn how to enter Safe Mode. If the problem persists, delete the current PS3 system user profile by going to Users and highlighting the user you want to delete. Press the Triangle button and select “Delete” to delete the user. Create a new user by going to Users > [Create New User]. Sign in to PlayStation Network from the new user profile to sync your trophies.
