The PS3 or PSP system was unable to activate or to download, copy or move video content. Solution: For PS3 users: Delete the current PS3 system user profile by going to Users and highlighting the user you want to delete. Press the Triangle button and select [Delete] to delete the user. Create a new user by going to Users > [Create New User]. Sign in as the new user and attempt to activate the PS3 system. Click here to learn how to activate and deactivate the PS3 system.
