The PS3 system was unable to download the video content from PlayStation Network. Solution: PlayStation Network video content may be downloaded to up to ten different PS3 system Hard Disk Drives (HDDs). This message may be displayed because you have downloaded video content to ten other HDDs in the past and are attempting to download video content to a new HDD. This error may also occur when the amount of video rental content you have downloaded via PlayStation Network temporarily exceeds the storage capacity of the PS3 system. If you have downloaded PlayStation Network video content to ten other PS3 system HDDs in the past, you will need to format one of these HDDs before you can download PlayStation Network video content to the current HDD. Please note that formatting will erase all data from the HDD. Click here to learn how to back up your data. To reformat a PS3 system HDD, go to Settings > [System Settings] > [Restore PS3 System] on the XMB™ Menu. If the amount of video rentals you have downloaded via PlayStation Network temporarily exceeds the storage capacity of the PS3 system, please allow two weeks for current rentals to expire and free up space for new downloads.
