Solution: Open the PS3 system’s Internet Browser. If your Internet Service Provider requires you to sign in, the relevant sign-in page should be displayed. Follow the instructions provided by your Internet Service Provider to enter your username and password. These sign-in details will be different from those you use to access PlayStation Network.
