The PS3 system is trying to access the PSP system via a USB connection but there is no USB cable connecting the two systems. This message will appear if you are transferring content from PlayStation Store, downloading items from [Account Management] or attempting to activate or deactivate a PSP system. Solution: Connect the PSP system to the PS3 system using a USB cable. Place the PSP system into USB mode by going to Settings > [USB Connection] on the XMB™ Menu.
