There are too many PSP systems connected to the PlayStation 3 system when trying to transfer content. This message will appear if you are transferring content from PlayStation Store, downloading items from Account Management, or attempting to activate / deactivate a PSP system. Solution Disconnect all but one PSP system from the PS3 system then try to transfer the content again.
