Unable to use video chat with another PlayStation Network user due to wrong Internet connection settings. You may need to double-check you or the other person's Internet connection NAT type. This can be achieved by accessing the configuration menu of the router. Please contact the router manufacturer for information about how to do this. If it is NAT type 3, it will need to be changed to either NAT type 1 (generally achieved by directly connecting the PS3 system to your Internet modem) or NAT type 2 (generally achieved by opening the appropriate PlayStation Network firewall port numbers on your router).
