Unable to use video chat with another PlayStation Network user due to wrong Internet connection settings. Solution: You may need to double-check you or the other person's Internet connection NAT type. If it is NAT type 3, it will need to be changed to either: NAT type 1 – generally achieved by directly connecting the PS3 to your Internet modem, or NAT type 2 – generally achieved by opening the appropriate PlayStation Network firewall port numbers on your router. The port numbers for PlayStation Network servers used for this are TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480, 5223, 8080 and UDP: 3478, 3479, 3658.
