Cannot sign in to PlayStation Network or browse the Internet Solution If you entered the DNS server address manually, please check that the DNS settings are correct. If DNS settings are set automatically, please check that the access point setting is correct and that the router is properly connected to the Internet. If you have any other device such as a PC connected to the access point, check if the PC has the same issue.
