The sign-in to PSN has failed during an internet connection test. Sign in to PSN by selecting [Settings] > [PSN] > [Sign In to PSN] before trying [Test Internet Connection] again. You may be experiencing this error if you test the internet connection during PSN maintenance. You can check the PSN status here and try to connect to PSN when the maintenance is over.
