If your account has profiles, select Switch Profiles. If your account does not have profiles, continue to the following step. Select Sign Out. Sign back in and try Netflix again. Apple TV 4 From inside of the Netflix app, press the Menu button on the remote. Select Settings. Select Sign Out. Sign back in and try Netflix again.
