    Error “7405 - Xfinity”

This means one of the following:

    • You are not using Xfinity Residential Internet Service.
    • You are not using your Comcast ID or Comcast.net address and password to sign in to the Xfinity service.
    Solutions
    • Make sure you use your Comcast ID or full Comcast.net e-mail address and password to sign in to the Xfinity app.
    • Make sure that your Xbox console and network setup meets the minimum requirements for the Xfinity service. See the Xfinity Xbox 360 FAQ.
