You see the following error code and message when you try to sign in to Xbox Live:

Your console can't connect to Xbox Live. Do you want to exit this session and test your network connection? If you are playing a game, you will lose any unsaved progress.

    Status code: 80151901

This may mean that your Xbox profile is corrupted.

    Solutions
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:

Solution 1: Check the Xbox Live service status

If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:

Step 1: Delete the profile that's stored on your Xbox console

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
    2. Go to Settings and select System Settings.

Step 3: Download your profile again

To re-download your Xbox Live profile, follow these steps:

Note If you don't see a Download Profile notification, it probably means you're signed in to a profile. Press X to sign out.

[*]Enter the Microsoft account that's associated with your Xbox Live gamertag. If you don't know your Microsoft account or password, use the Lost Account Solution or the Lost Password Solution.
Note If your account is an Xbox child account, you need to have an adult in your household use their Microsoft account to download the profile.

[*]Select the storage device for your profile.
