Error C000-0185 occurs when downloading an Xbox 360 console update

You see the following error message and code when downloading an update to your Xbox 360 console:

• Cannot process update.
• Status code: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C000-0185
• Note The “x” digits vary.

This means that the update failed to download to your Xbox 360 console.
