If you have issues when a LG G4 keeps restarting itself over and over, when it was great with no problems before. In addition, sometimes the LG G4 suddenly begins to turn off several times without warning. Some times when the LG G4 keeps restarting itself, you can try some of the following solutions to help fix when an LG G4 keeps restarting with an Samsung logo. The best option would be to find a LG technician and get the LG G4 replaced or fixed as soon as possible.

If a new LG G4 keeps restarting over and over, see if the Galaxy is still covered under the warranty. Having the LG G4 under warranty when a LG G4 keeps restarting can help you save some money in case something is seriously damaged with the LG G4. You should also get the LG G4 checked out by LG technician if you have a LG G4 that keeps rebooting, shutting off or freezing.

Sometimes this issue can be happening because there is a new app installed that causes the LG G4 to crash or due to a defective battery that can no longer provide the required performance. Even a bad firmware can cause crashes. The following are two ways to fix a LG G4 that keeps restarting.

The Android operating system causes the LG G4 to keep restarting

A common reason that the LG G4 keeps restarting or rebooting itself is because of the new firmware update has been installed. We recommend in this case to perform a factory reset on the LG G4.

Before you go to factory reset the LG G4 to help fix the reseting problem on the smartphone, it’s important to remember to back up all data on the LG G4. The reason for this is when you complete a LG G4 factory reset, everything on the LG G4 will be deleted.

    LG G4 Hard Reset

A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloads, ringtones, images, apps, contacts, and Visual Voicemail. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.

If the device menus are frozen or unresponsive, you can master reset using hardware keys.
    1. Back up all data on the internal memory.
    2. Turn off the device.
    3. Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons on the back of the device.

    4. When the LG logo appears, quickly release and then re-hold the Power button while continuing to hold the Volume down button.
    5. When "Factory data reset" appears, use the Volume down button to highlight Yes.
    6. Press the Power button to confirm.
    7. When prompted to "Erase all user data and restore default settings," use the Volume down button to highlight Yes.
    8. Press the Power button to reset the device.

An application is responsible for the sudden reboots.

For those that don’t know what Safe Mode is, it’s a different mode that places the LG G4 environment that allows users to securely uninstall applications, remove bugs. In addition, you can use Safe Mode if any installed apps no longer work or if the LG G4 keeps restarting.

Power off the LG G4 completely. Then keep the power on/off button pressed to reboot the smartphone. Once the screen is activated and displays the LG start logo, immediately hold the volume quieter button. Keep it pressed until the sim-pin is queried. At the bottom left you should now find a field with “Safe Mode“.
