Once you install the extension from Chrome store, it will force Cortana to search through Google or any other search engine of your choice. Get Chrometana for Chrome 2.Use Bing2Google extension Bing2Google is a yet another Chrome extension which allows you to redirect Cortana searches to Google instead of Bing. The only requirement is that you should have Google Chrome set as default browser in Windows 10. All you have to do is, install the extension from Chrome store and start searching through Google. This would also work if you want to redirect Bing desktop search to Google in Windows 10. Get Bing2Google extension for Chrome 3. Use Redirector Extension for Firefox Users If you are a Firefox user and want to set Google search as default for Cortana instead of Bing, Redirector extension can do this task with ease. Unlike other two extension the Redirector extension for Firefox requires a bit of work. Open your Firefox browser and go to Redirector extension. Add redirector on Firefox.
