Apple TV Play another movie or TV show If you are able to successfully play another title, go to the Viewing Activity page and select the "Report a Problem" link next to the title that did not work. If you do not see the "Report a Problem" link, the problem has automatically been reported. Reboot your device Turn your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch off and wait for 10 seconds before turning it back on and trying Netflix again. Reinstall the Netflix app Make sure the issue isn't being caused by an outdated version of the Netflix app by removing it from your iOS device and reinstalling it.
