If you experience the error code 11003, it typically points to information or a setting on your device that's preventing it from accessing the Netflix service. Follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below to resolve the issue.
    Android

    Confirm the system settings
    1. Navigate to Settings.
    2. Scroll down and select Developer options.
      • This is usually found under System or General.
    3. Under Apps, uncheck Do not keep activities.
    4. Re-launch the Netflix app and try to stream again.
If you do not see Developer options:
    1. From Settings, scroll down and select About device.
      • This is usually found under System or General.
    2. Select Software info.
    3. Scroll to where Build number is displayed.
    4. Press on the Build number five times until a pop-up displays stating developer mode enabled. This will create a new settings option titled Developer options.
    5. Select Developer options.
    6. Under Apps, uncheck Do not keep activities.
    7. Re-launch the Netflix app and try to stream again.
    Kindle Fire

Powercycle your Kindle Fire or Kindle Fire HD
    1. Hold the Power button on the side of the Kindle Fire or Kindle Fire HD.
    2. When you are prompted with the message Do you want to shut down your Kindle?, tap Shut Down.
    3. Once the device is completely powered off, hold the Power button until you are presented with the Kindle Fire logo.
Once you have completed the steps above, launch the Netflix app and attempt to play the title again.
    Powercycle your home network
    1. Turn off your device.
    2. Unplug both your modem and router and wait 30 seconds.
    3. Plug in your modem and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on.
