If you experience the error code C7010-1421 on your Google Chromebook, you may not be signed in to your Google account. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue. Sign in to your Google account on your Chromebook Navigate to user account settings in the bottom right by clicking on Guest. Select Exit Guest. Sign in to your user profile/Google account. If you do not have a Google account, you can sign up for one here. Navigate back to Netflix.com and try playing your movie or TV show again.
