    If you experience the error code C7053-1803 on your Google Chromebook, it typically points to some information that needs to be refreshed. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
    Reset Chrome Settings

    1. Type chrome://settings into the Google Chrome URL field.
    2. Locate and select Show Advanced Settings.
    3. Locate and select Reset Browser Settings.
    4. Select Reset.
    5. Try Netflix again.
    Powerwash your Chromebook

    Note: Performing the steps below will erase all local data on your Chromebook. We highly recommend you back up any important data before continuing below.
    1. From the Chrome browser menu, select Settings.
    2. Under Settings, select Show advanced settings at the bottom of the page.
    3. Under the Powerwash section, click the Powerwash button.
    4. A prompt will come up that reads Restart your device. A restart is required before your device can be reset with Powerwash. Select Restart.
    5. Your computer will now restart and you will be prompted to sign in to Gmail again upon restart. Once signed in, try Netflix again.
