Netflix Error Code: M7053-1803

    If you experience the error code M7053-1803 while watching on your computer, it typically points to some information that needs to be refreshed. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
    Restart your computer
    1. Shut your computer down completely and restart it.
    2. Try Netflix again.
    Clear Google Chrome Cookies
    1. Click the Chrome menu button on the browser toolbar.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select History.
    4. Select Clear Browsing Data.
    5. In the Obliterate the following items from drop-down, select the beginning of time.
    6. Check Cookies and other site and plugin data.
    7. Select Clear Browsing Data.
    8. Try Netflix again.
    Delete the IndexedDB
    1. Type chrome://settings into the address bar at the top of the browser window, then press Enter on the keyboard.
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Show advanced settings….
    3. Under Privacy, select Content settings.
    4. Under Cookies, select All cookies and site data.
    5. Type netflix in the search bar to search for all stored Netflix cookies.
    6. Delete any cookie that lists Local storage in the Locally stored data column by highlighting that cookie and selecting X.
    7. Restart your Chrome browser and try Netflix again.
    Reset Chrome Settings

    1. Type chrome:settings into the Google Chrome URL field.
    2. Locate and select Show Advanced Settings.
    3. Locate and select Reset Browser Settings.
    4. Select Reset.
    5. Try Netflix again.
