If you experience the error code M7063-1013 on your computer, it typically points to either information stored on your device that needs to be refreshed, or a problem with an extension on your browser. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
    Steps for Windows

    Reboot your computer
    1. Shut your computer down completely and restart it.
    2. Play your movie or TV show again.
    Disable Chrome Extensions
If you're using Chrome, you may want to disable unnecessary add-ons before trying again. To disable extensions in Chrome:
    1. In the Address Bar in Chrome, type chrome://extensions
    2. In the list of extensions, uncheck any boxes that say Enabled
    3. Navigate back to Netflix and try to play the movie or TV show again
