Netflix Error Code: M7111-1957-205002

If you experience the error code M7111-1957-205002 while watching on your PC or Mac computer, accompanied by a message that says,

Whoops, something went wrong, Netflix Sign In Problem: To resolve this problem, try signing out of the Netflix website and signing in again.​

Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
Sign out of the Netflix website

1. Go to netflix.com/clearcookies to clear the Netflix cookie; this will sign you out of your account.
2. Click Netflix Home.
3. Click Member Sign In.
4. Play your movie or TV show again.

Reset Chrome Settings

1. Type chrome://settings into the Google Chrome URL field.
2. Locate and select Show Advanced Settings.
3. Locate and select Reset Settings.
4. Select Reset.
5. Try Netflix again.
