If you experience the error code M7355-1203 while watching on your computer, it typically points to a problem with your browser. Using unsupported browsers, such as Speed Browser, can interfere with the player Netflix uses to play movies and TV shows. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
Make sure your browser supports playing with HTML5

    HTML5 supported browsers:
    • Internet Explorer 11 or later on Windows 8.1 or later
    • Safari on Mac OSX 10.10 (Yosemite) or later
      • Supported on all 2012 or later models and select 2011 models
    • Google Chrome version 37 or later
    Disable Chrome Extensions
If you're using Chrome, you may want to disable unnecessary add-ons before trying again. To disable extensions in Chrome:
    1. In the Address Bar in Chrome, type chrome://extensions
    2. In the list of extensions, uncheck any boxes that say Enabled
    3. Navigate back to Netflix and try to play the movie or TV show again
If these steps resolve your issue, you may want to try enabling your extensions one by one to see which one is preventing pages on the Netflix site from loading properly.
    Reinstall Google Chrome
    1. Follow the steps in Google's support article to uninstall the Chrome browser.
    2. Once you have completed uninstalling the Chrome browser, follow the steps in Google's support article to install the Chrome browser.
    3. Once Chrome is installed, try Netflix again.
