    This error is caused by an incorrect or invalid Club Nintendo username or password.

    To solve this error :

    Ensure you have entered your user name or password correctly while using Club Nintendo.
    If you are using the Wii Shop Channel for the first time, ensure that no fields have been left blank while hitting "Link". If you do not have a membership for Club Nintendo, press "Do Not Link".
    If all else fails, you can contact Nintendo at 1-800-255-3700.
