This error is caused by a slow internet connection such as dial up or by your firewall causing a blocked connection to the internet.

To solve this error :

Try changing the channel of your wireless router to either channel 1 or channel 11 which can increase download speeds. Be sure to test both channels to see which works better or faster.

Verify that your internet connection is working by testing your connection on your computer. If your computer cannot connect to the internet, then there is a problem with your connection.

If you are using America Online (AOL) broadband, please contact America Online for assistance as you may experience internet connection difficulties.

Your firewall settings may be causing the problem. Try to disable your firewall and try again.
