The PS3 system was unable to connect to the Internet due to PlayStation Network maintenance or because the local network requires a separate sign-in (i.e. a hotel network). Solution: Visit eu.playstation.com to find out if PlayStation Network is currently undergoing maintenance. If PlayStation Network is not available, please attempt to connect at a later time. If PlayStation Network is online and functioning correctly, check with the local network administrator for details on how to connect to their service.
